Key takeaways
- Since 4 June 2026, "QNT" on Nasdaq is Quantinuum, a Honeywell-backed quantum-computing company that raised $1.68 billion in its IPO at $60 a share.

- Regulated exposure to the token exists through a Swedish-listed ETP (Valour Quant SEK, ISIN CH1108681706) as well as crypto exchanges.
Two assets, one ticker
If you typed "QNT stock" into a search engine, you were probably looking for one of two things. Either you wanted the share price of a company whose exchange symbol is QNT, or you wanted the crypto token called Quant, which has used the symbol QNT since 2018 and which this site covers. Until mid-2026 the distinction barely mattered, because no stock traded under that symbol. That changed when Quantinuum listed on Nasdaq and took QNT as its ticker.
The two have nothing to do with each other. Quantinuum builds quantum computers and is backed by Honeywell. Quant Network Ltd builds software that connects banks to blockchains and issues the QNT token. Neither owns, licenses or endorses the other, and the name overlap is a coincidence of abbreviation. We state this plainly because the number of searches for "QNT stock price" and "QNT IPO" that land on crypto pages suggests a lot of people are reading about the wrong asset.
Quantinuum: the Nasdaq QNT
Quantinuum priced its initial public offering in early June 2026 and began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on 4 June 2026 under the ticker QNT. The IPO was upsized and priced at $60 per Class A share, above the marketed range of $53 to $55, with 28,000,000 shares sold for gross proceeds of about $1.68 billion. The stock opened at $68 on its first day and closed roughly flat on the offer price, giving the company a market value of around $15.7 billion according to CNBC's coverage of the first trade.
Quantinuum is a quantum-computing company formed from Honeywell Quantum Solutions and Cambridge Quantum, and Honeywell remained a major shareholder at the IPO. It builds trapped-ion quantum hardware and related software. As a US-listed company it files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, publishes quarterly results and is covered by equity analysts; a search result indicated its first quarterly report as a public company (for the third quarter of 2026) was scheduled for 5 November 2026, which we have not verified against a company notice. If you want its current share price, use your broker or a stock-market data site; this site does not track it.
