Contact us

One address for everything editorial. We read every message, and we reply to the ones we can act on.

Trade on a regulated exchange that has served customers since 2013.

Email

Write to contact@quant-coin.com. Plain text is fine; please include the page URL you are writing about and, for corrections, a link to the source that supports the change.

What to contact us about

  • Corrections. A fact, date, figure or source on any page that is wrong or out of date. These get priority, and we update the page once we have checked the primary source.
  • Data issues. A live widget showing nothing, an obviously wrong number, or a broken link. Tell us the page, your browser and roughly when it happened; live figures come from public APIs, so some outages are not ours to fix, but we want to know.
  • Media and research requests. Journalists, analysts and academics are welcome to ask about our methodology or to request the sources behind a specific claim.
  • Suggestions. Topics you would like covered, or questions the guide does not answer yet.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge corrections and data issues within a few working days and to publish any resulting fix as soon as it has been verified. General questions and suggestions may take longer, and we may not reply to every one individually, though we read them all. We do not run a live chat or a telephone line.

Official Quant Network channels

For anything about Overledger, developer accounts, licences or the company itself, go to Quant directly. Its website is quant.network, which carries the company's contact form, news and press releases; developer documentation lives at docs.overledger.dev; the verified X account is @quantnetwork; and the code is at github.com/quantnetwork. Treat any email that does not come from the quant.network domain, and any Telegram or Discord group that is not linked from quant.network, as unofficial. The verification page lists the checks we recommend before trusting a channel.

For problems with a purchase, deposit or withdrawal, contact the exchange you used; the exchanges page explains how listings and regulators differ by country.
